Part workplace, part home

A treatment facility is two places under one roof. Counselors, intake coordinators and administrators keep office hours in one wing, while residents sleep, share meals and attend groups in another. Loop Office Cleaning plans for both halves: the administrative side gets the desk, conference-room and breakroom care we deliver in workplaces from San Jose to Sacramento, and the residential side gets a slower, more careful routine shaped around the people living there.

What we bring is a clean, orderly building, ready for family visits, tours and leadership walk-throughs.

Resident rooms and personal space

Resident rooms are cleaned with the door open and belongings left exactly where they sit. Crews dust reachable ledges, wipe headboards, desks and window sills, polish mirrors, empty bins and vacuum or mop beneath and around the bed frames. Nothing on a nightstand is opened, sorted, moved or discarded unless staff ask for it.

When a room turns over between stays, the facility can book terminal cleaning. Mattress covers, bed frames, closets, drawers, light switches, door hardware, walls and floors are cleaned from the ceiling down, so the next resident walks into a room that has been completely reset.

Group rooms, therapy offices and lounges

Group rooms take the hardest daily wear: chairs pulled into circles, whiteboards filled and erased, tissue boxes emptied, coffee rings on the side tables and grit tracked across the carpet. Crews return the chairs to the layout staff prefer, wipe tables, chair arms and marker trays, vacuum the carpet and spot-treat fresh stains before they set.

Individual counseling offices get a gentler version of our office routine. Any desk holding notes or folders is left untouched, while door handles, chair arms, side tables, waste baskets and the floor are handled on every visit. Resident lounges, game rooms and quiet rooms are dusted, wiped and vacuumed with the same light touch.

Dining rooms, kitchenettes, restrooms and showers

Dining rooms and resident kitchenettes are cleaned after the final meal of the day. Tables and chairs are wiped, counters, the sink, microwave doors and fridge handles are cleaned, and floors are swept and mopped so breakfast starts in a fresh room.

Shared bathrooms and shower rooms are scrubbed from wall tile to floor drain, fixtures are descaled, drains are cleared of hair and dispensers are refilled from your stock or ours. Handrails, keypads, light switches, sign-in counters and door push plates across the building are treated with EPA-registered disinfectants, left wet on the surface for as long as the product label directs before they are wiped dry.

Lobbies, visitor rooms and the front office

Families and referral partners form their first impression at the front door. Lobby glass, seating, the reception counter, the visitor restroom and any family meeting room get attention each time crews are in, and entry mats are vacuumed so the walk inside looks cared for.

Admissions and business offices follow Loop’s office cleaning routine. Ahead of family visiting days, graduations or large group events, the facility can add a round of disinfection and sanitizing across the common areas.

Quiet crews on the program’s calendar

Cleaning is booked around groups, sessions, meals and quiet hours instead of on top of them. Resident wings are usually cleaned during program blocks, while rooms stand empty, and the offices in the evening after staff head home. Crews keep their voices low, wear the identification your facility requires, check in at the front desk and stay clear of any room where a session is running.

Every crew member completes bloodborne-pathogen safety training, and our cleaners keep HIPAA-aware habits on site: charts, intake binders and screens are never read or handled, and anything overheard stays inside the building. Background checks happen before anyone joins a facility crew, and supervisors walk the building on a set rotation for quality inspections.

What shapes the price

Pricing comes from the facility’s square footage, the count of resident rooms and bathrooms, how many days each wing needs service, the number of terminal cleans booked between stays and the size of the office side. A walkthrough with your program director builds the task list, and a written quote follows.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can you clean resident rooms while residents are in group?

Yes. The resident wing is usually cleaned during group blocks, so rooms are empty while crews work and finished before residents return.

Do you offer terminal cleaning between resident stays?

Yes. Whenever a room turns over, the facility can schedule a terminal clean that reaches every surface, from the bed frame and closet to the door hardware.

How do your crews handle confidential information?

They follow HIPAA-aware conduct. Charts, forms and screens stay untouched, and nothing seen or heard at the facility is discussed anywhere else.

Can one plan cover the residential wing and the administrative offices?

Yes. Each area is given a separate task list and frequency inside a single schedule, with one contact for any change.
