Neighboring showrooms
In Fremont and San Jose, franchise showrooms often sit a short walk apart, one brand after another. Stores in groupings like these compete side by side, and a buyer comparing two of them in an afternoon notices which showroom looks sharper.
Inside, a dealership is part store, part service center and part office building. That last part is where Loop’s office-cleaning routine fits naturally: finance offices, sales desks, the general manager’s office, conference rooms, break rooms and restrooms, cleaned together with the showroom and lounge that customers see first.
Sales desks and finance offices
A deal is closed at a desk, so the desks matter. Sales stations, guest chairs, monitors and phones are wiped, and the glass fronts of finance and closing offices are cleaned so each room reads bright from the showroom floor. Paperwork, deal jackets and key tags are never shuffled or moved.
Back offices follow the same route. The accounting office, the general manager’s office, conference rooms and the sales team’s meeting room are dusted, emptied and vacuumed, and carpeted rooms can be refreshed between visits with commercial carpet cleaning when traffic paths start to show.
Showroom glass and floors
Showroom windows run tall, and every handprint on them shows in the afternoon sun. Interior glass, entry doors and push bars are cleaned, the panes closest to the display cars get extra passes, and display platforms, pedestals and sign stands are dusted.
Crews mop between the display cars and along the aisles customers walk. Glossy tile and resilient flooring get periodic burnishing to keep their shine, and worn finish can be stripped and refinished as part of our janitorial services, booked for a night when the floor has time to cure. The delivery corner, where a buyer collects the keys, is cleaned at every visit.
Customer lounge, coffee station and restrooms
Service customers often spend a long stretch in the lounge, so it should feel comfortable. Seats, sofas and side tables are cleaned, charging counters and the television wall are dusted, and the kids’ area is tidied. At the coffee station, the brewer, cup dispensers, sink and countertop are wiped and the tile beneath is mopped, and waste and recycling go out.
Customer and employee restrooms are cleaned and disinfected at every visit, from toilets and sinks to partitions, mirrors and fixtures, with paper and soap refilled from your supply or ours and the floor left dry.
Service write-up, waiting area and parts counter
On a weekday, the service side often greets more customers than the showroom. Advisor podiums, write-up terminals and self-service key boxes are wiped, the service waiting area is cleaned to the same standard as the main lounge, and the cashier window and parts counter are cleaned top to bottom, including the patch of floor customers wait on.
Service advisor offices, the service manager’s office and the technicians’ break room are part of the same visit, with counters, tables, appliance handles and floors cleaned so the team behind the counter has a tidy place to work.
Timed around showroom hours and sales events
Visits usually run late in the evening or in the early hours, so the store is finished before the first salesperson clocks in. We work through whichever department opens soonest, then save the showroom for the end so it looks newest at opening time.
A model launch or a holiday weekend sale brings a crowd. An extra visit can be added the night before and another the morning after, and day porter services keep the lounge, coffee station and restrooms in shape during the busiest hours.
Pricing a dealership clean
Dealership pricing follows the building: square footage across the showroom, offices and service areas, how many nights a week we come, how much glass surrounds the sales floor, the showroom floor finish, restroom and lounge count, your business hours, and any porter hours or event visits you add.
We walk the whole store with your manager and price the plan from that visit.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can one plan cover the showroom and the finance offices?
Yes. The showroom, sales desks, finance offices, back offices and lounge are cleaned on one visit under one plan, with each area on its own checklist.
Is the service waiting room cleaned too?
Yes. The service waiting room, write-up area, cashier window and parts counter are cleaned in the same visit that covers the sales side.
What time does the crew usually arrive?
Crews arrive once the sales floor empties for the night or in the small hours, timed so everything is finished before your first department opens.
We have a launch event on Saturday. Can you clean on Friday night?
Yes. An extra visit can be booked the night before the event, with a reset the morning after and porter hours during the event if you want them.
Do you look after the carpet in our sales offices?
Yes. Carpet is vacuumed on every visit, and deeper commercial carpet cleaning can be scheduled when traffic lanes start to show.
