The consumables an office goes through
Offices run on a quiet supply chain nobody thinks about until it breaks: the roll in the far stall, the towel stack by the kitchenette sink, the liner under every desk. Loop Office Cleaning supplies those items and keeps them topped up, so the office manager can strike one more recurring errand off the list.
What we carry:
- Two-ply bath tissue, from small-core rolls to the large rolls for high-capacity holders
- Folded and roll hand towels for restrooms and kitchenette sinks
- Bin liners in every size, from the wastebasket under a desk to the big lobby and loading-area cans
- Hand soap refills in foam or lotion
- Sanitizer for reception desks, conference rooms and elevator lobbies
- Seat cover sheets for every stall
- Paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers, which our team supplies and installs
Where the supplies go
- Restrooms: tissue, towels, soap and seat covers, with a fresh liner in each stall bin and the main can.
- Kitchenettes and breakrooms: towels and soap at the sink, plus liners for trash and recycling.
- Entries and reception: sanitizer at the front desk and elevator landing, and liners for the lobby containers.
Coffee, snacks and drinks for the team are a different service, covered on the breakroom and pantry restocking page.
Checked on cleaning visits, if you choose
When Loop also cleans your office and you want us to furnish the products, restocking can join the route; offices that keep their own stock can have crews refill from that. The crew opens dispensers as they clean each restroom and kitchenette, refills anything running low and swaps in fresh liners as bins are emptied. Low stock gets caught in the evening, before the morning rush finds it.
Offices with heavy daytime traffic, such as a shared floor in a multi-tenant tower, can add day porter rounds that top up restrooms between nightly visits, and the office cleaning crew picks up from there after hours.
Delivery for offices that clean in-house
Not every office wants a cleaning crew. Small suites often have an office manager or a building engineer who handles light cleaning, and they still need paper and soap that shows up without a store trip. Loop delivers supplies on their own to those workplaces. We set the item list and quantities once, and a standing delivery refills the closet at the frequency you pick.
Switching later is simple. A suite on delivery can add recurring cleaning, and the same dispensers and refills carry over.
Dispensers that match their refills
Every refill has to fit its housing. When an office has collected several generations of towel dispensers over a few tenant moves, refills jam, sizes multiply and the closet fills with odd stock. Loop supplies and installs paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers, then holds every refill to the units on the wall.
A new build-out is the easiest moment to set this up. Dispensers can be mounted during the final clean after a fit-out, alongside our post-construction cleaning, so the suite opens on day one with every restroom ready.
Par levels for each restroom
Every restroom on the floor is assigned a target count for each item, kept on a shelf in the janitor’s closet or a cabinet under the sink. In the trade that target is called a par level. At each restock the shelf is counted and brought back to target.
Par levels follow headcount. When a company adds a team or a floor fills up after a lease starts, targets rise. When a hybrid schedule thins the office mid-week, they come down, so stock never piles up unused.
Fewer vendors for the office manager
Ordering supplies through Loop removes a vendor account, an invoice and a reorder task. There is no box tracking, no tape gun at the front desk and no emergency run for tissue before a big meeting.
- One contact for supplies, and for cleaning if you add it
- Restrooms ready when the first employee badges in
- Stock that tracks headcount instead of guesses
- Consistent dispensers across every floor and suite
Office buildings across Loop’s service area
Loop supplies offices across its service area, from San Francisco and Oakland to Sacramento, and supply use follows how an office is laid out rather than where it sits. A tower that stacks tenant floors over shared restrooms puts many people on each fixture, and a large floor with a full daytime headcount works through towels and soap steadily from morning to evening.
Suburban office parks, such as those around Stockton, spread professional suites across several buildings, each with restrooms to keep stocked. Restroom use also differs by tenant: a medical suite, a retail back office and a warehouse front office each draw down stock differently, which is why every restroom gets its own par level.
What drives the price
Supplies are priced to the office, not from a fixed sheet. The main factors:
- Number of people in the office each day
- Restroom count and fixtures per room
- Usage between restocks
- Grade of tissue, towel and soap
- How often we restock or deliver
- Dispensers to install

A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can a small office get supplies without a cleaning plan?
Yes. Loop delivers the paper, soap, sanitizer and liners an office needs to suites that do their own cleaning, and installs dispensers when the suite needs them.
Do your crews refill the dispensers or just drop off boxes?
If Loop cleans for you and provides the products, crews refill every dispenser as they clean and restock the closet to its par level. Supplies-only offices receive deliveries for their own staff to load, with refills matched to each dispenser.
Our restrooms have a mix of towel dispensers. Can you fix that?
Yes. Loop swaps the odd units for a matched set of towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, so one refill size works across the floor.
Will supply levels change if our team works a hybrid schedule?
Yes. Par levels follow how many people are actually in the office, so targets drop on a lighter schedule and rise as attendance grows.
